Uber-simplistic Xcode tutorial: Open GlobalNoWindowIcon.xcodeproject, press Run, browse to the screen shown above, and click Show in Finder (then drag GlobalNoWindowIcon.bundle to EasySIMBL)

btw ,there is a trmnl cmnd to make the dock icons shows in black ,without the need to edit the icons.
